| John Hoyt President and CEO A native of Rochester, NY, John earned a BS in Marketing from Penn State University and then served as a Captain in the US Air Force, ending his military career at Teledyne Ryan Aeronautical in materials management. In 1972, Mr. Hoyt joined furniture manufacturer Cameron-McIndoo Ltd. as North American Sales Manager. In 1974, John relocated to Seattle to become the Regional Sales Manager for Ferguson Hildreth, a manufacturer's rep group for the commercial furniture industry. One year later, the entrepreneurial bug stung John as he was facing a promotion and relocation to northern California. Mr. Hoyt started Picture Source in 1975 as a custom framing operation focused on serving commercial customers in the Pacific Northwest. He quickly discovered the need for high quality wall décor designed to compliment the product lines of national upholstery manufacturers. Focusing on these two key markets, John has led Picture Source to become one of most successful, highly respected picture framing operations in the US. John is very involved with several charitable causes in the Seattle area including Young Life. He is an avid skier, tennis player, and golfer. |
| Bobbi Peitersen VP Operations Bobbi has been with Picture Source for 20 years. Previously, she had her own art consulting business and had used Picture Source as one of her suppliers. An early admirer of John Hoyt's entrepreneurial energy and vision, she quickly dedicated herself to his mission. Bobbi has been an integral part of Picture Source's development and success. Mrs. Peitersen manages all aspects of our order processing, sales material development and distribution, support for our sales staff, and customer service. Bobbi is married and has two grown children, including one who works at Picture Source. Her time after hours is spent mostly with family, in her garden, or trap and skeet shooting with her husband of 31 years. |
| Leslie Flohr Vice-President Corporate Sales Leslie Flohr has been an important member of the Picture Source team since 1987. She manages all aspects of our sales to corporations, healthcare facilities, and hotels. Leslie leads a sales and support staff of six people. Leslie received a Bachelors Degree in Art History from Scripps College and has studied in Italy and France. She is a member of the Northwest Executive Women in Hospitality, enjoys cooking classes, travel, reading, and of course - going to art museums. |
| Marina Megale Vice-President of Product Development Marina has enjoyed working in various creative design functions at Picture Source for over 20 years, including managing our Seattle Showroom and developing the Residential Design Division. Currently she is responsible for the overall design direction and balance of our National Standard Product Line. Marina has studied art in New York at Pratt Institute, the California College of Arts and Crafts in California, and a degree in Graphic Design and Illustration from Cornish College of the Arts in Seattle. She has maintained an active freelance art career illustrating over 36 books and various commissioned art projects. Traveling to the American Southwest is one of Marina's passions. Salt-water fishing and pie baking are activities she enjoys greatly. Relaxing with her 2 cats, Springer Spaniel, and 3 spoiled chickens balance the busy pace of her work. |
